Funds will be released once the item is received in the same condition it was shipped. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the incorrect product was received by the customer.

No returns on used merchandise.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund any item that tracking states has been delivered unless it was our error.
